Only Shrimp began in 2025 when two friends, Pete and Ethan, set out to make high‑quality aquarium shrimp easy and affordable for UK hobbyists.
Pete fell in love with the calm rhythm of planted tanks; Ethan became obsessed with the tiny details—colour, genetics, behaviour. After years of swapping notes and helping newcomers in local clubs, we noticed the same problem: reliable, fairly‑priced shrimp were surprisingly hard to find.
So we started Only Shrimp with a simple promise—bring in hardy, well‑coloured lines, treat welfare as non‑negotiable, and keep prices honest. We quarantine and observe, feed well, and ship responsibly. No hype, no shortcuts—just healthy shrimp that thrive in real homes.
